So my work has created the first annual “Salsa-Off” in our department. The Husband and I worked hard at re-creating his Grandma’s Chile Recipe last night. Grandma is from Del Rio/Mexico and always has the most wonderful Mexican Recipes! I was so excited to try it out. Granted our salsa wasn’t exactly like it, but we did our best. Here’s hoping it’s a winner today!
