Easy Chicken & Rice Casserole [Recipe]


Late one night this week, I managed to make "dinner" (lunch for the next day). 
This is super easy to make.

Ingredients:
A Box of Rice-A-Roni Chicken
Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
French Fried Onions
Cream of Chicken Soup


 Directions:
1. Make the Rice-A-Roni, according to the package.


 2. Stir in the can of cream of chicken soup.


3. Add the chicken.


4. Place into a greased pan.


5. Top with the French Fried Onions, and cook for about 20 minutes. However long you feel is necessary, because most of it has been cooked already...all you really have to do is cook the "onions".


The husband loved it. I don't think he realized how easy it was to make, and needless to say...I most likely will be making this dish again, sometime in the near-future.
