Of course, the husband had to check it out. Turns out it was a "functional fitness" gym.
We decided to try it out. It is mainly kettle bell exercises (which were new to me) and some core/cardio.
Needless to say I have been up every morning at 5:30 Monday through Friday, and enjoying starting my day of with a hard workout. I have seen results within less then a month already!
I'm super impressed, and if I keep this up all the way until September for the Tough Mudder. I will be in awesome shape!
Ummmm I want to do kettle bell work outs SOOOO bad!!!!
