New Favorite Ice Cream Sundae

I love ice cream. It's my go-to dessert when we are home. This night I was quite inspired and created this delicious-ness.

Finally using my sweet 70 cent sundae glass from Target, I put in some light slow-churn ice-cream, fresh cut mango, crushed ginger snap cookies and a little glaze of honey.

This was soooooo good! Husband put his stamp of approval on it.
