Two more days! Two more days! I keep telling myself, but gosh these days seem to drag on longer then the months/weeks before.
My husband left a month after we got married for his Officer Training for the Army. I was lucky enough to take the road trip down with him, see The Alamo and a couple other attractions, and left the night before he had to report to base.

I get to fly down to him on Wednesday. I'm so excited to see him, hang out around the San Antonio, TX area, and then make the road trip back up to our home. It'll be so nice to have him back around the apartment. He starts his new job next Monday already. Back to the grid I guess, but I'm SOO thankful that he found one so soon after his training.
Needless to say I'll be packing and anxiously waiting for Wednesday to come. Anybody have any good traveling tips for flying and driving? It'll be a long car ride (13hours+).
How exciting!! I can't imagine how excited you are to see him - enjoy your time together! I'm your newest follower! : )
