Yup you saw that title right. MAN-DIP! I found this on Pinterest, via this blog. It was so quick and easy to make up. Here's the recipe (sorry I didn't want to go too spicy on my first try):
"Man-Dip"
Ingredients:
8oz package of cream cheese
Jimmy Dean "HOT" Spicy sausage
1 can of diced tomatoes and
green chilies
A bag of chips (to dip)
Directions:
Cook the spicy sausage in a pan; when it's done browning,
drain the excess liquid and fat.
Add the entire pack of cream cheese and can of tomatoes.
The cream cheese will melt and together with the tomatoes, will create a somewhat liquid texture.
It was a total hit at the last Packer Party we went to. I kept it in a mini crock pot all game, and it didn't last until the end of the game! I definitely recommend trying this recipe out for your next party or

ReplyDeleteThis sounds SO yummy! I'm totally a chips and dip kind of girl.. even if this is a man dip, I can't wait to try this :)
ReplyDeleteLooks amazing! No doubt Zach would wolf this down.
ReplyDeleteLooks like I've got something to make for the superbowl now! I made a healthy buffalo chicken dip for my boyfriend and our friends last weekend and I made the mistake of telling them it was healthy because it was made with greek yogurt prior to them trying it... I got the 'we're men. we eat meat and potatoes and beans. we don't eat greek yogurt' speech - I mean they ate it till there literally wasn't one bite left, but I guess I'm supposed to make more 'manly' things from now on haha

This looks delicious. I'm a vegetarian, but I bet I could substitute in some fake meat and no one would be the wiser. :)
