Jiffy Muffins [Review]

So I'm not entirely sure how this litte box ended up in our apartment, but I was craving some muffins and I thought I'd give this a try.

I guess they are only about 60 cents a box at the grocery store, and only need two other ingredients. Pretty simple.

It didn't make many muffins, but enough for just the two of us. They tasted alright. Maybe next time I throw in some actual fruit and they could be a bit better.

But for now I've got some great breakfast snacks for on my way to work. :)

    You should try the cornbread packages, but use them to make pancakes! HEAVEN!! :)

    I loooove their cornbread, but I always add real corn and sugar with it :)

    I love Jiffy Corn Bread but never the Muffins they look yummy though :)
