Mini-Banana Cream Pies

Ingredients:

1+ banana
Mini Pie Crusts (graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar)
1 large pkg banana cream flavor instant pudding (mix, milk)
Cool Whip

To Make Mini Pie Crusts:

Follow directions of Graham Cracker Pie Crust, and mold individuals into muffin tin and cook according to the package. Chill.

To Make Filling:

Slice part of banana into pie shells bottoms. 

Prepare pudding filling mix as directed on package.

Pour into shell. 

Chill at least 3 hours. 

Top with remaining whipped topping.

Garnish with banana slices if desired.
