So I was looking through a couple of my old memory boxes and came across a folder that I kept all of my recipes for a cooking class I took during elementary school.
This recipe was my all time favorite:
ENERGY CANDY
aka peanut butter balls. :)
It's pretty simple to make too:
1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup non fat powdered milk
3/4 quick cooking oats
Mix and roll into round balls and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
So far I have had about 5 of them for my lunch snack today. :)
