This weekend was the Husband's Unit Christmas Party, and I love these types of formal events. Gives a girl an excuse to wear a beautiful dress and get all dolled up. Here are some of the pictures from my husband's iPhone:

The husband and I had another date for the night as well. Her husband stood up in our wedding and is currently deployed overseas. So glad she could come with us.
On Sunday I made my way back home, the Husband had to finish up his drill. Thankfully a friend of ours watched Harlee on Saturday night. Needless to say she had a blast playing with two Golden Retrievers all day long, within a minute of pulling out of their driveway, Harlee was asleep. :)

while the fur-baby patiently waited for the husband to come home. She would lay by the door and whine for him. Clearly she missed him all weekend.
