Heartfelt Prayers
This week my childhood country-neighborhood bares heavy hearts.
A young lady, whom recently married and had their first-born child just a couple days before, passed away two days later after doctor's thought she was suffering from dehydration, in turn was an actual blood clot. This young lady, remembered playing with her and her sisters during our early childhood years.
A teenage boy, whom was on his way to an appointment, got into a tragic car accident with a milk truck and didn't make it. This teenage boy I remember years ago babysitting for him and his sister.
Endless thoughts and prayers go out to each family in this difficult time. These events have raised strong awareness in my mind. How grateful we should be with the lives God has given us and never realizing when exactly it's your time to be called home.
In so, I've hugged my husband a little more closer for a little while longer, sent little notes to my family letting them know how much I love them, and thanking the Lord more for this precious time we all have on Earth.
