It's your big day, even though I'm sure you have no idea. No idea why you are getting new toys, a delicious puppy birthday cake, and numerous car rides up and down the street with the windows rolled all the way down. Shouldn't that be every day?
Looking back at all of these photos, I can't believe how much you have grown, and just how much of a "lovely" personality you have. There is never a dull moment with you, but Lord am I so thankful you are in our lives. You have provided reassurance that your "mom" and "dad" will be great human parents, whenever that time may come.
You will be my only roomie for the rest of the year, and I love waking up each morning to you sleeping right next to my side of the bed. You are definitely a "momma's girl".
Thank you a million times over, for being so patient when I take a billion pictures of you. You have been the best model, and we (well I) have countless photo albums on our computer and phones to prove it.
Here's hoping you have a wonderful day, and to many, many more years of you being in our lives. We will celebrate again once dad is back from his Army training after today.

ReplyDeleteI am in love with the fact that you got her a birthday cake. My mom and I MADE a dog cake for my old dog when I was little and we got made fun of so hard! but Happy Birthday to your fur baby (: I'm sure she enjoyed her day.
