House Tour: The Kitchen

Our kitchen has a TON of space. Both vertically and cabinet-wise. I started to decorate with a more "country/farm-feel" but I know once we have our own house, I will put a lot more effort into making it look cohesive. We have not one, but two pantries, which are perfect to stock all of my couponing-spree items. My favorite item is a vintage apron I scored at a thrift store for only $4. I break it out during the holiday cookie season.  Clearly the husband had Mexican on the menu for tonight's dinner, on the counter. I love the little counter for our "mail-center". It's perfect to stash all bills, receipts and such.

As far as decorating expenses go, we didn't have to add much.  Most was either from the thrift store, and the 2 pictures above the cabinets, the Walk the Line canvas, and the wooden star were all from Hobby Lobby.  All the rest of the kitchen items were from our wedding registry. :)
