for the love of a puppy

less than a day away from this lady and i miss her so much. i began to realize this as i was parked in the daycare at least 30 minutes before they even opened, to go pick her up. it seems a little pathetic but to be honest she is the only one at home who keeps me company. makes my day a little brighter when things aren't going to well. when i miss my husband she is always up for some cuddles on the couch together.

now after having her for a year and half already, i can't imagine not having her in my life. i have a feeling she will help me get through a lot more in a couple months and rest of the next year. i am so grateful to have that protection at night to make me feel a bit safer sleeping alone.

she is my first baby, and i have a strong feeling she will always be.

  1. I feel the same way about my cat. We take her to the groomer about once a month, and the house is sadly quiet and still the few hours she is gone.

  3. I love the bond a pup and person can have. We had to leave my pup for the first time this year, and it was like coming home to my very own kid when we picked him up!
