Great Grandma's German Sugar Pancakes
pinch of salt
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup milk
mix ingredients and fry in a skillet with a tablespoon of oil. brown both sides, when finished put on a plate and top with cinnamon and sugar.
just make sure you put the cinnamon and sugar on right after each layer comes off the skillet. at the end the sugar just melts into good-ness on the bottom layers. i remember as a kid, analyzing each layer and which one i thought was the best, i'd save that layer for last. this recipe was a staple in my parents house and always requested for breakfast, even though it wasn't the "healthiest" for you. but you're a kid, who cares!
