Such Blessings in My Life

This week I have really been thankful for life in general.  My photography side-business has taken off more than I could have imagined, and it's not a week that goes by that I don't have another interest from a client coming in. It makes me love to continue to shoot such beautiful people.

I started blogging about three years ago, and I never really knew just how many other bloggers are around the area. It wasn't until recently that I got to meet some of them. Stepping out of my comfort zone a bit and meeting a "stranger" who stalk each other through facebook, instagram, blogger, you name it. :) I love that these ladies are living so close by, just means more times to try sushi out and share our lives outside of the web.

Holy crap has bebe fever hit. But that fever is going to have to cool down a bit. The husband got official orders and will be gone for the rest of the calendar year, starting next month. Crazy to think I'm going to have to do it all over again, and we will miss our second wedding anniversary, just like our first. But the next couple weeks we have so much planned, and to plan. Makes me appreciate him and all of the good things that come his way!

These three ladies have been such a blessing. I don't even know where to begin. We had all met almost five years ago, but I really didn't get to know two of them until just recently. So much in common, and just mix so well together. I wish we all lived right-next-door to the others. Would make life a heck of a lot easier to live, with them so close by. I can't wait to see what the future holds for each and every one of us: a mom, a wife, a fiancee, and a boyfriend making a strong commitment.

  2. It is always so refreshing to take a step back and notice all the blessings in life. I loved reading this post.

I'm sorry to hear that your husband is leaving for the rest of the year :( You can make it through though girl!

And DO NOT get me started on baby fever. My sister just had a baby and my cousin is pregnant. I went and bought them both some gifts and I was just dying. I told Carl that its a good thing he's not home or else I'd be having him getting me pregnant ASAP. I need this baby fever to cool down so I can think rationally again ;) hahahaha

  3. Whit I'm so glad you can appreciate all the good in your life especially when faced with hard things (like your hubby leaving). But you are so strong and can get through it! That's awesome you got to meet with some blogger friends, I'm so jealous. Wish we were close because I just know we'd hit it off in person. And ugh about baby fever, it sucks!

  4. I absolutely adore you and thank god (&Gwen, lol) everyday for such a wonderful friend. :) I can't wait to see what the future brings either. And I agree life would be so much better if we all lived next door to each other...and slightly more interesting. ;)
