By this time tomorrow, the husband and I will be on the road. It seems like every year we have been doing this, our destination this time? Fort Sill, Oklahoma. For the next 7 months the husband will have Army training. He won't be home again until there is snow falling on the ground.
Even with the husband away for other training last week, we had a full household. Some of the in-laws came to visit, and Harlee was in heaven with all the extra attention and my mother-in-laws two dogs.
I also purchased a new lens for my first wedding coming up in less than a month to photograph. I am so excited. I also have so many fantastic images from recent sessions, that I can't wait to share with you all.
But I will see you next week blog world. I'm going to soak in every last minute with the husband that I can. But of course, I will still post photos via instagram (blacklittlebutton) if you want to follow along on our roadtrip.
I hope you get to spend as much time as you can with him and that these 7 months go by quickly!

ReplyDeleteLove the camera! (although I'm Nikon) what kind of lens did you get?... and I have a bunch of friends in Ft Sill, I lived in Lawton for awhile quite some time ago too! There isn't much to do, but it's a good time to make new friends and appreciate the ones you've got ;).
